Suzanna Tan: 

Suzanna is an Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor with over 25 years of senior management experience across stockbroking, accountancy, and retail banking.
During her 20 years at Barclays, she held business-unit and group-level roles across marketing, sales, diversity and inclusion, commercial, and product functions. She played a key role in strengthening a culture of learning and development, supporting leaders and colleagues through challenges related to leadership, performance, and career progression.

She specialises in workplace conflict, helping leaders, teams, and groups navigate tension constructively and build confidence in managing difficult situations. Her book, Positive Approaches to Conflict at Work, provides practical strategies for addressing conflict and strengthening workplace relationships.

Suzanna also brings extensive expertise in organisational and cross-cultural dynamics, supporting clients to understand how culture shapes behaviour, communication, and collaboration. Her work includes supporting people relocating internationally or working in global contexts. She is also the author of University Student Handbook: From China to the UK.

She works with individuals, teams, and groups on conflict, cultural agility, leadership, performance, and career development. Suzanna is an Accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, a Coach Supervisor (qualification completing in May 2026), and holds a Diploma in Coaching and an MA in Career Development and Coaching Studies from the University of Warwick.
