WELLBEING & RESILIENCE WORKSHOPS

Wellbeing = the state of being comfortable, happy and healthy.
Resilience = the capacity to recover from difficulties; bounce back.

Managing all of the competing demands on our lives can be difficult. Experiencing times of change can be challenging. Dealing with conflicting priorities, or high workload can also be tough. 

Wellbeing/Resilience workshops enable attendees to learn new skills and techniques to support them in times of difficulty, and also to maintain a focus on wellbeing when things are going well. Attendees learn to build habits and thinking patterns that support them on an ongoing basis.
