Clare Walkeden:
Clare is an executive coach, facilitator and strategic consultant with a significant background in marketing communications, She is experienced in working with individuals and teams on the fundamentals of wellbeing, communication skills and understanding behaviours. She thrives on creating the conditions for new thinking, working with purpose and often in change or challenge.
As a coach Clare offers an evidence-led approach, and often takes people outside of their usual thinking, their office and outdoors, for all the benefits it brings in renewed clarity, curiosity and cognition. Clare is also an amateur endurance athlete. She has completed several of the largest events in ultra adventure cycling, in the UK and abroad. She uses this experience coupled with evidence led tactics to support individuals and teams in understanding resilience, motivation and performance.
With an early career background in Charity, Clare has served as a Board Director to several not for profit’s. She is the current Chair to Abianda, based in London, who work with young women and girls affected by criminal exploitation and violence. Clare holds a Diploma in Coaching (University of Warwick )and is DISC Level 2 accredited. She is a long time member of the CIPR and regularly undertakes CPD as a member of the Association of Coaching and Henley Business School.
